Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern all photography services provided by Kebnoa Photography. By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
Booking & Payment
- A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date.
- The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the session/event.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If you cancel, the booking fee is non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- If Kebnoa Photography must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments will be refunded.
Coverage & Responsibilities
- We will make every effort to capture key moments but cannot guarantee specific shots.
- Client cooperation is essential for the best results.
Image Delivery
Preview images: Within 7 days
Full gallery: 4–6 weeks for weddings, 2 weeks for portraits/events
Delivery is via a secure online gallery.
Copyright & Usage
- All images remain the copyright of Kebnoa Photography.
- Clients receive a personal license for non-commercial use (printing, sharing with family/friends).
- Commercial use requires written permission and may incur additional fees.
Model Release
By booking a session, you grant Kebnoa Photography the right to use selected images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes (including social media and print) unless you opt out in writing before the session.
- Opt-out requests must be made before the shoot date.
- Opting out will not affect your ability to receive your images.
Photo Manipulation
Packages include basic editing (color correction, exposure adjustments).
Advanced retouching or photo manipulation (e.g., object removal, composites) is available at an additional cost.
Force Majeure
Kebnoa Photography shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligation under these terms if such failure is caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, injury, extreme weather, natural disasters, or acts of government.
In the event of illness or incapacity, every reasonable effort will be made to arrange a suitably competent replacement photographer. If this is not possible, all reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or refund payments as appropriate.
Liability
- Kebnoa Photography is not liable for circumstances beyond control (e.g., weather, venue restrictions).
- In the unlikely event of equipment failure or data loss, liability is limited to a full refund of payments made.
Children & Privacy
- For sessions involving minors, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent and be present during the shoot.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
